Happy Friday MCC Employees! Mark your calendar for Wednesday 12:45-1:15pm for our first Lunch N' Learn of the semester. Bring your lunch and whatever exercise questions you have. If we don't get them answered in the short 30-minute session, I will follow up with you to try and help out however I can.
Also, don't forget about all of the great group fitness classes we have going on. You do not have to register for these, simply show up and sign in. They are FREE to MCC employees!!
Here is something to think about over the weekend- instead of watching TV for 30-minutes continuously, take 5-minute breaks to re-arrange your furniture. Your waistline will thank you!
